HEY G3!!!

THINGS TO DO BEFORE THE HOLIDAY'S OVER!!!
1. Fill out that NIE survey on http://sota.asknlearn.com because it's compulsory for those who didn't opt out of it.
2. Physical Science revision worksheet,
3. Write an essay on a different topic for ARC if you haven't. It's to get more exposure to different types of questions, basically. Mr Ong encouraged us to write one, so...yup, just do it lol.
4. Pretty much revise for exams.

Sorry for not collecting the travel declaration forms, I really thought we had to bring it to the office ourselves X_X OKAY! Well, just pass the travel declaration forms to me on Monday and I'll bring it to the office for you guys, then. Yup! By Monday!!

Oh yeah, and I reckon it's such a great thing that we managed to make those glasses for Mr Ng ♥ I'm glad we managed to do something like this.

To those who hasn't given me your Acknowledgement forms and NIE research forms, I really, really need them ASAP, can you please give them to me on Monday? Latest BY Tuesday, please? It's really important, in fact the due date was on the 14th, but nothing's happened, so... yeah.

SECOND.
Teachers Day,
Please let me know which teacher you'd like to be in charge of making the award for. Let me know before Tuesday, and I'll probably let you guys bring home the drawing blocks to draw/paint/stick stuff on. You can tell me via MSN or email, but PLEASE TELL ME!

Okay, big stuff's over. Actually no, the below are actually even bigger but yeah.

IHSS presentation is on TUESDAY
Visual Arts Art Theory test is on Tuesday too...
Science file is due on the 26th, which is WEDNESDAY. Life Science notes and practicals in one file, Physical Science notes and practicals in another.
Literature essay test is on WEDNESDAY, too...
IHSS essay is on Thursday, I think. Yeah.

Oh yeah and a really really huge GRATS to our whole class for making it through to the semi finals together and the Banana team for making it to third position in the end ♥ Yeah. We always win really funny stuff :P
Like the Chinese New Year classrom decor comp,
the E3D environmental skit thing,
the DEBATES (TWO YEARS IN A ROW, TOO!)
last year's Volleyball tournament, Ninja Turtles made it through to the quarter finals without losing a single set and game, and the Vomiters won the whole thing! So cool right :D
And this year's Softball tournament, we made it this far :)
Good luck for Soccer too, hope we can do something cool again ^^

Anyway, this is pretty much it, hope you guys'll do what you have to do basically, yup!

We have a new classmate called PANKAJ and he's in Theatre so let's really welcome him into our class, kay? He's going to be joining Facebook for softball, yup.

MATHS FA is in Week 5...it's 20%, so yeah. The dates will differ according to which class you're from, I think.

Hope you guys continue to stay healthy! There definitely has been lots of people being sick, but let's not be discouraged by that, ya :D

Hi G3, sorry there weren't much updates for this class blog, but here they are!

SOFTBALL TOURNAMENT!
we had one today during PE!
Facebook won by one point to G3 and won by about 3 or 4 points to G4, yup!

MATHS
Miss Lim's class, mensuration worksheet, do page 222 of textbook qs 4, 6, 8, I think.
Common Test is in Week 5, and it's 20%, and it's about everything to Mensuration, yup.

LITERATURE
please hand up your notes on the question that you're going to choose for your essay, and write your points about it (a draft, basically) on the question. Also, try to write the introduction and an idea of what the conclusion is.

And that is basically it. Oh yeah. Class funds. Yesh, it is not very nice to hear about, but we're short of three months of class funds, so for the amount, let's ask Nicole! :D

Hey guys, here's the list of our holiday homework so far.

HOLIDAY HOMEWORK:
ARC: Essay Writing - Holiday Assignment. It has to be typed out.
ARC Journal on Ageism if you still need to work on it.
IHSS: Write what Diderot and Rousseau believed in 3-4 sentences.
Look Marie Antoinette up on wikipedia.
Do a BMA (strongly encouraged by Mr Ng)
Finish back of the worksheet on Age of Reason.
LIT: Buy The Giver in the bookshop for $8.50 and read it during the holidays.
June Holiday Assignment.
MATH: At http://sota.asknlearn.com, we have to do the June Holiday Assignment under QUIZ (will be up on June 1st). For Miss Lim's class, (not sure if everyone else has to do this) we have to copy the answers down on paper (or just print them out) and show our working and answers on it.
CHINESE: (for Huang Lao Shi's class) the zuo ye, the worksheet on poetic devices.
also, we need to write an answer to one of the questions related to the newspaper article, I think.
LIFE SCIENCE: June Holiday Assignment
PHYSICAL SCIENCE: Revision Worksheet 2, fill in the numbers in the exercises at the back of the Chemistry notes.
VISUAL ARTS: Assignment for Art Theory, go to SAM and fill in the worksheet from the two exhibitions.
IA: Journal.
